1. The Main diet plan should be cereals like Kalanamak Rice (GI 48 to 52) & Khapali or
Emmer Wheat (GI 55) are having Glycemic Index up to 55, which means there is NO
SUGAR SPIKE. GI is Glycemic Index which indicates speed of releasing sugar into blood, less
the index less the speed & therefore NO Spikes.
The Kalanamak rice is a traditional aromatic rice known for its fragrance, taste, and
nutritional value, it is also known as Immunity booster due to high presence of Zink, Iron,
Vit. A, Protein (7–9%). The Carbohydrates are less as compared to other rice varieties.
(about 86% in Kalanamak rice). It is also free of Gluten. The Kalanamak variety we supply is
certified Organic & Lab. Certified Toxin Free.
The Khapali wheat we have is SORTEX CLEANED. It means all the grains in any packet you
get are 99% of the same size, this ensures uniform quality & test. Being Sortex Cleaned
again its 99% free of other foreign materials like remains of agri. soil etc. & is high in Fiber
levels. This helps bowl movement & takes care of your gut health.
It is Rich in Essential Minerals like Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Potassium but
contains gluten so people having autoimmune gluten intolerance should avoid any cereal
with Gluten contents.

Both the cereals referred above are included in our Health Booster Kit due to their
Nutritional values, lower Glycemic Index, easy digestibility etc. we can say “The Ancient
Grains for Modern Health. Rich in Nutrition, Naturally Wholesome. Diabetic friendly&
High in Fiber” These grow well by traditional farming methods.
Jowar (Desi or traditional variety) is also a part of our Health Booster Kit. Though its
Glycemic Index often fluctuates between 55 to 65 it has more resistant starch. It promotes
slower digestion and prolonged satiety & has more fibre. It is gluten free & has proteins in
the range of 10–12%
Other millets like Kodo, Kutaki, Foxtail, Proso, Ragi or Nachni are also the part of our
Health Booster Diet Plan.
A mix of meals with Kalanamak Rice, Khapali Wheat, Jowar or other millets blended with
pulses, vegetables & traditionally processed edible oils such as Safflower & Sunflower
will form a robust Health Booster Diet.
It should be supplemented with A2 Whole Milk Bilona Ghee, Toxin free Jaggery powder
or cubes along with naturally collected Honey from tribal & hilly areas.

2. Lakdi Ghana Cold pressed oils are minimally processed, chemical-free, traditionally
extracted, nutrient-retaining alternatives to refined oils. Because Lakdi Ghana extraction
avoids excessive heat and chemicals, more natural nutrients, tocopherols, and antioxidants
remain intact compared to refined oils.
Benefits of Lakdi Ghana Sunflower Oil: Heart-Friendly Fat Profile, Rich in Vitamin E, Better
Nutrient Retention, Easier Digestion, Mild Taste & Versatile Cooking. Sunflower oil contains
a high amount of unsaturated fats, especially polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty
acids, which may help reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol when used in place of saturated fats.
It is naturally rich in Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that supports:

• Skin health
• Immunity
• Cell protection
• Hair nourishment
• Cold-pressed sunflower oil is generally lighter and less processed, which many people find
easier on digestion and liver function.

Benefits of Lakdi Ghana Safflower Oil (Kardai / Kusum Oil): Excellent for Heart Health,
Helps Blood Sugar Management, High Smoke Point, Supports Skin & Hair, AntiInflammatory & Antioxidant Properties.

1. Excellent for Heart Health
Safflower oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and may help:
• Improve cholesterol profile
• Support blood circulation
• Reduce cardiovascular risk

2. Helps Blood Sugar Management
Some studies suggest safflower oil may improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control
when used in moderation as part of a healthy diet.

3. High Smoke Point
Safflower oil tolerates heat relatively well, making it suitable for:
• Frying
• Roasting
• Regular Indian cooking
4. Supports Skin & Hair
Its Vitamin E and linoleic acid content may help:
• Maintain skin moisture
• Reduce dryness
• Nourish scalp and hair

5. Anti-Inflammatory & Antioxidant Properties
Cold-pressed safflower oil retains more natural antioxidants and polyphenols than refined
oil.
Both sunflower and safflower oils are rich in omega-6 fatty acids. While these are essential fats,
balance is important. Many nutrition experts recommend rotating oils instead of using only one oil
continuously
Why Lakdi Ghana or wood pressed Process is Considered Better
Low temperature extraction High heat processing
No chemical solvents Often chemically refined
Retains natural nutrients Nutrients reduced
Natural aroma & flavor Deodorized
Minimal processing Heavy industrial processing

3. A2 Ghee of Gir Cow prepared by traditional method (Bilona & entire milk with its cream
is converted into Curd.) where cows are not tied to one place, but they roam in open
which helps to remain fit & healthy.

4. Jaggery: Lab. certified Toxin Free, Zero presence of 239 residues & 7 Heavy metals, No
Salmonella, Uric acid, less moisture & ash contents with Zero Mycotoxins
It is authentic traditional preparation:
No sulphur bleaching
No phosphoric acid
No hydros powder
No artificial color
No synthetic preservatives
No mixing of refined sugar
• Traditionally processed Jaggery i.e. open pans & no synthetic chemicals used also no
adulteration of cheap sugar etc. Please give me more info on this
• Traditional jaggery made in open pans without synthetic chemicals is considered far
superior to highly processed sugar and chemically treated jaggery. It is closer to a natural
whole-food sweetener because many minerals and plant compounds from sugarcane or
palm sap remain preserved.
• Benefits of Traditional Chemical-Free Jaggery

• 1. Retains Natural Minerals
• Unlike refined white sugar, traditional jaggery contains small amounts of:
• Iron
• Magnesium
• Potassium
• Calcium
• Phosphorus
• These remain because molasses is not removed during processing.

• 2. Less Industrial Processing
• Refined sugar undergoes:
• bleaching,
• crystallization,
• sulphur treatment,
• multiple filtration stages.
• Traditional jaggery avoids most of these steps.

• 3. May Support Digestion
• In Ayurveda and traditional Indian food systems, jaggery is often consumed after meals
because it is believed to:
• stimulate digestion,
• support bowel movement,
• reduce acidity sensation.

• 4. Better Taste & Aroma
• Authentic open-pan jaggery has:
• deep caramel flavor,
• earthy aroma,
• seasonal freshness,
• natural sweetness.

• 5. Supports Rural Farmers & Traditional Livelihoods
• Traditional jaggery production:
• generates rural employment,
• supports small farmers,
• uses decentralized village processing systems,
• often consumes less industrial energy than large sugar refineries.
• This aligns strongly with the mission of Shri Vishwa Samarth Village Foundation regarding
farmer empowerment and value addition at village level.
• Harmful Practices Often Seen in Commercial Jaggery
• Some commercial producers use chemicals for:
• brighter yellow color,
• faster clarification,
• longer shelf life,
• harder texture,
• artificial shine.
• Common concerns include:
• sodium hydrosulfite (“hydros”),
• sulfur compounds,
• synthetic whitening agents,
• excessive lime,
• mixing refined sugar/glucose syrup.
• Naturally prepared jaggery is usually:
• darker golden to brown,
• softer,
• aromatic,
• less uniformly colored.
• Very bright yellow jaggery may indicate chemical processing.
Nutritional Comparison
• Traditional Jaggery • Refined White Sugar
• Minimally processed • Highly processed
• Contains minerals • Almost no minerals
• Contains molasses • Molasses removed
• Natural color • Bleached white
• Traditional preparation • Industrial refining
• More flavor complexity • Pure sweetness only
Important Health Note
• Even natural jaggery is still a form of sugar and should be consumed in moderation,
especially by people with:
• diabetes,
• obesity,
• fatty liver,
• insulin resistance.
• However, many nutrition experts consider minimally processed jaggery nutritionally
preferable to refined white sugar when used sensibly.
